CBT racer Scott aims for class wins with classic Ford / Classic Touring Cars

The CBT Motorsport Ford Falcon is set to fly again in 2016, with CBT co-founder Stuart Scott aiming to compete in the Classic Touring Car Racing Club’s Pre-’66 Touring Car Championship.

The 4.7-litre Eurotech Racing-developed Falcon will contest Class A of the series, and Stuart is looking forward to getting back on track after several seasons away from circuit racing.

“I am really looking forward to some circuit-racing competition again,” said Stuart. “The Falcon is a great machine to handle and extremely powerful – I’m hoping for class wins, and it is in Class A, so that could well mean overall podium finishes too.”

In addition to picking his outings from the seven championship dates, Scott also hopes to race the Falcon in the pre-1966 touring car race at July’s Silverstone Classic.
